This program is especially suited for individuals who wish to obtain both their Firearms Licence and Hunting Licence. This program is not for students who wish only to obtain their firearms licence (PAL). This course does not include "Restricted" firearms.

On a special note, the Ontario Hunter Education Program is "streamlined" in a One Stop program, and is reduced by 2-1/2 hours. This only applies with the One Stop program because all firearms safety instruction is delivered through the Canadian Firearms Safety Course portion of the program.

If you already have your Firearms Licence, and wish a Hunter Education Program only, do not enroll in this program. Please contact us for more details.

With "One Stop", both programs are completed in their entirety, including the required examinations at the conclusion of each course. Usually run over two days, students who complete this program will have everything they need to purchase a firearm and ammunition; and to get their hunting licence to hunt with a gun.
