Our Mission
- To Provide highly professional and effective Firearms and Hunting instruction through the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course and the Ontario Hunter Education Program.
- To enhance the knowledge and skills of firearms owners, shooters and hunters.
- To continue the heritage of firearm ownership and hunting in Ontario by developing safe, responsible and knowledgeable hunters and firearms owners.
Instructor Bios
James R. Countryman:
An avid enthusiast of shooting sports, hunting, and the "great outdoors", James has been a Hunter Education Instructor for over 30 years, and is an advanced graduate of the National Rifle Association & The North American Association of Hunter Safety Coordinators "Hunter Education Academy" in 1989.
Subsequent to completion of the Canadian Firearms Safety Instructor/Examiner Course in 1996, James qualified as a Master Hunter Education Instructor the following year.

Patrick Gignac:
An ardent outdoorsman, Patrick was an active Police Combat Pistol competitor for 10 years as well as International Practice Shooting. Beginning his instructing career more than 20 years ago as a Club Level Safety Instructor, Patrick has been facilitating the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, as well as the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety course, since their inception, and an Ontario Hunter Education Instructor since 1997.
An experienced hunter with proven success harvesting all of Ontario's big game species, Patrick also continues his passion for hunting wild turkey, waterfowl and small game.
