Ontario Firearms Safety Academy!
We are instructors in Southwestern Ontario who teach the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, Restricted Canadian Firearms Safety Course, and the Ontario Hunter Education Program. We also facilitate the certified examinations for all of these courses.
We trust that you will find these pages insightful and informative, and that the information within shall answer many of the questions you may have regarding obtaining a Canadian Firearms Licence (PAL), a Canadian Restricted Firearms Licence, and/or an Ontario Hunting and Fishing Outdoors Card.
You are invited to thoroughly browse this site for detailed information about course and examination content, and background information about the programs.
Our scheduled course dates are posted here for your consideration. However, if you have questions specific to your licence application, or how the firearms laws may apply to you, please contact the Canadian Firearms Centre directly at 1-800-731-4000
We do not respond to inquiries pertaining to individual licence applications.

Generally, instructors in Ontario are "individual contractors" who independently schedule their courses. You are cordially invited to enroll in any of our offerings as listed above. However, if you need information about the dates, times, and locations of courses in your area, please contact the instructors in your area. The Ontario Firearms Safety Academy does not have a master list of instructors, or course dates, and is only responsible for the programs outlined on this site.
